Ikenobo Workshop on 15th October 2014. Professor Iguchi was full of jokes and laghters during the freestyle flower arrangement workshop yesterday. It has been a great fun learning about the oldest school of Ikebana in Japan.
 What a stunning bride! Uchikake haｄa special edge with junihitoe and it contasted well with white kakeshita.All the best wishes for their future.

It was fun to be part of Chichester Flower Festival 2014. I made a sword spending many hours and my eyes were beginning to be sword shaped! My NAFAS classmates and I were asked to make flower arrangements under "Bridal Chorus" from Lohengrin by Richard Wagner. His opera has characters such as a knight, swan and a bride so I challenged myself to make a sword for the scene. I just managed to finish before I went off to Buxton.
Christina, her mum and I have had a wedding kimono rehearsal at my home today. Now we are ready for Christina's big day this Saturday. Chrsitina's tiramitsu was so good. Thank you and see you then. Sachiko
